work preformed without work order
- Work orders must include the following:

- Company name, Contact name, Address, Phone #, Fax #
- Client Information - One client per work order.
- Work to be preformed
- Measure - type of shades, mounting preference
- Installation - type of shades, number of shades, measurements
and location of shades
- Repair - type of shade, repair needed After receiving your work
order, I will contact your customer directly to set an appointment.

- Appointments for installations will be set after materials have been received
and are ready to be installed.
- Hours of operation are: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays
- Morning, evening, weekend and holiday appointments are available at one
and one-half times the normal rates
- Measurements provided by Sonic Klean are guaranteed for the products and
spec indicated on the measure sheet only. Any changes will necessitate new
measurements. Sonic Klean does not guaranty measurements for jobs that are
installed by any other installer.
